 T. P. KINSEY  --1897

Mr. Kinsey was born in Coryell County in 1861. He lived there about 30 years, moved to Hamilton, and in 1895 was appointed deputy sheriff by R. C. Moore. The Herald of 1897 describes him as an unusually good officer.

Mr. Kinsey was sheriff of Hamilton County from 1902 to 1906. He was a cousin of A. B. Kinsey, who is now night watchman at Hamilton.
