W. W. LYNCH --1897

Mr. Lynch was born in Ohio July 3, 1865. He settled in 1878 near the Hamilton-Comanche County line and engaged in the sheep business. He then sold out, drifted over most of West Texas and the IndianTerriroty for several years, and finally returned to Hamilton, where he married Miss M. I. Miller, daughter of Uncle Andy Miller of Warren’s Creek. He moved to Hamilton in the fall of 1890 and entered the county clerk’s office as deputy under J. E. Secrest, remaining there four years. He then entered the land and abstract business with C. W. Cotton, left that business in 1896, and went to work for M. N. Baker & Bro.

The News has been informed that Mrs. Lynch now lives in Amarillo.
