Buckey Brothers Incorporate Firm

From  The Newark Advocate  March 16, 1946

   Three Newark brothers, all ex-servicemen, are incorporators of a new general and industrial construction business here. To be known as Buckey Brothers, the new company will begin business with a capital of $50,000. R. E. Buckey, H. Carlos Buckey and Gregg Buckey are the incorporators. Buckey Brothers has been incorporated for $100,000, and authorized to issue 1000 shares of stock, no par value. The company will specialize in the construction of commercial and industrial buildings. Temporary offices are located at 112 Linden Avenue. Attorney George McDonald prepared the papers of incorporation.
