DEALY EVANS to NARCISSA EVANS-1864 |

This Indenture made this 16 day of January 1864, between DEALY EVANS, of the one part, and NARCISSA EVANS, daughter of MORRIS EVANS
and neice of the said DEALY EVANS of the other part. Witnesses, that the said DEALY EVANS for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which
she has unto the said NARCISSA EVANS has given, granted, aliened, released and confirmed, and by these presents does give at her death unto the said
NARCISSA EVANS her heirs and assigns, all her property to wit, two beds, with all of her household furniture, together with her land lying near the head of
BRYER, and adjoining the lands of CATHARINE LYNN and others, together with the privileges and all things appertaining thereto- and in the County of Wake and
State of North Carolina and all the estate, right title and interest of her the said NARCISSA EVANS in and thereto. To have and to hold the said property and all the appurtenances thereof to her the said NARCISSA EVANS her heirs and assigns to hers and their proper use and behoof forever. In testimony whereof I set my DEALY EVANS [Seal] JEPTHA H. LATON W. G. FERRELL State of North Carolina Wake County February 4th 1864 The Execution of the within Deed of Gift is this day duly proven before me by the oath of W. G. FERRELL one of the subscribing witnesses thereto. Let the same be Registered. J. J. FERRELL Clk Registered in the Registers Office of Wake County in Book No. 24 & Page 327 the 16th day of May 1864.
