46. Family Record of Aaron Henry Brewer and Ellen Amanda Ford transcribed from the original hand-written copy by Gene Cook Hall 20 May 1997. The original is owned by Mary Margaret Hall. She received it from her mother rolled up in a cardboard tube and lightly pressed in an old Bible. The paper is 10.25 inches high by 17 inches wide and yellowing with seven lined and titled columns, 11 rows at the top and 13 rows at the bottom. The title of the first section (Aaron Henry Brewer and Ellen Amanda Ford) is at the top above a double line and the second section (Family Record of Aaron G. Brewer and Martha Taylor as far as known) begins near the center of the page under a triple line and above a double line. The column lines appear to have been hand drawn in pencil and the paper appears to be creased along several of the lines. The words are all written in black ink and in the same hand writing with a fountain pen. On the back in the same hand writing and in the same black fountain pen (without any lines) is the Family of Eugene Lafayette Brewer and Annie Mary Brewer (nee Bond). All of the spelling, punctuation, and marks are retained as the original - even if they are suspect. The writing is easily read and clear. My notes and or comments (which are NOT a part of the original) are enclosed in brackets.

This is a list of burials of the Stauffer cemetery of Dauphin Co., Pa /Bachmanvile. This is all I have on these people. This info was given to me by an elderly family member. It is among the boxes and boxes of files
I received. It's typed up as a list, so this is as good as it gets! For more info I would contact the Dauphin Co. Historical Society. 219 S. Front Street, Harrisburg, Pa 17104. I don't know anything else, but what's on the paper. I sure hope it helps someone. Sorry that I don't know any more on the location etc. Bev

"Evelin Warren, one of mom's cousins, lived in the same
house as her grandfather, John Rutledge Price, until his death; she was
15 at the time. Much of her information came from things he said to her
then. She tells me that he used to talk of Gen. Stirling Price as a
cousin and apparently knew him well. This may have been a second cousin,
she remembers his telling her the exact relationship, but she's
forgotten. "
