12. Albert (Bert) Conrad Marshall ⁽¹⁸⁾ was born on 30 Nov 1877 in Loudonville, OH. He died on 4 Nov 1944 in Mansfield General Hosp., Mansfield, OH. Albert ("Bert") Conrad was the Marshall of Loudonville from Sept 1937 to the time of his death. He spent his entire live in Loudonville, OH. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, the Eagles Lodge and Modern Woodsmen.

Albert had three sisters, Mrs. Raymond Kick of Mansfield, Mrs. Frank Cowan and Mrs. Lela Young of Ashland; and a half brother Laurence Conrad of New Orleans, LA; and 12 grandchildren at time of death.

He was married to Caroline Weber on 20 Apr 1904. Albert (Bert) Conrad Marshall and Caroline Weber had the following children:
