Henry Richard Conrad was born on 26 Apr 1927.⁽⁶⁶⁾ He died on 29 Feb 1988 in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.⁽⁶⁶⁾ He was buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Cuyahoga Falls, OH.⁽⁶⁶⁾ Henry Richard Conrad was raised, from age 4, by his Uncle & Aunt, Dennis Henry & Laura Conrad, after Henry's mother and father, Mary and Albert Conrad, died in 1931.

He was married to Lois. Henry Richard Conrad and Lois had the following children:

84 i. Jane Marie Conrad⁽⁶⁷⁾ was born on 23 Aug 1953 in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. She died on 27 Feb 1993 in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. She was a member of Riverside Christian Assembly Church. She was a nurses' aid at Wyside Farms Nursing Home.
