Elisha Gale English, of Indiana, the son who erected the stones, was the 4th child of Elisha & Sarah.

Portions of the stones are now difficult to read. The transcriptions are based on notes I made at the cemetery in 1992 and notes of other descendants made a few years earlier. When I visited the cemetery, the stone of James Walter was leaning on the side of the larger monument.

Six of the fourteen children of Sarah and Elisha, and other descendants, are buried in this cemetery; stones are recorded in the below publication (there are several transcription errors).
