Regis Zagrocki, a descendant of Philip as a link to the [original?] will - in German on his web site at:
http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~rjzndjz/berksestate/phillenhart1803.htm
I refer to it as [original?] because apparently one does not know if one has an original or not. We learned this when Nancy Lenhart Thomas and I were worked on transcribing English versions of Johan Peter Lenhart's will. We were confused when we discovered more than one "original" until Robert Riffle explained to us that scribes copied items as exactly as possible including signatures. That information is at:
http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~gkbopp/LENHART/LENHART_SOURCES/Wills_QandA_Riffle.htm

Regis Zagrocki's site includes a transcription of the German document and two other translation variations at:
http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~rjzndjz/berksestate/phillenhart1803tr.htm

The information from his site is repeated below:

The following is a transcription [from Zagrocki's site]
