  3. Samuel PLILEY (b. PA 1796) and wife Jane (b. PA 1811) lived in Daviess Co., Missouri in 1850. Children: John, Eliza, Nancy, Isabel, and Eloner (first 4 born in Ohio, probably Ross Co.) Daughter Isabel md. Lewis Melvin THOMPSON (b. 1828 in Ohio) abt. 1858, possibly Daviess Co. Their children: John, Enos, Samuel Grant, and Douglas Berton. They lived in Daviess Co, until abt 1878, when they moved to Linwood, Leavenworth, Kansas.
