He is located in Omaha Valley Cemetery Section D. This section is located in the old sections of the cemetery. When entering the cemetery from the North Entrance. Turn Left and proceed East till you come to the first right turn -- Patrick Higgins in on the side on Section B near the turn. So if you have passed him then you have gone too far. p; After you turn then Section D is on your left. There are a total of 17 O'Dell's buried in this cemetery. They are all in Section D.
