Joe. Her hair was quite long (well over 6 feet). I remember Grandma and Aunt
Maude washing her hair in a washtub while she sat in a straightbacked chair.
They'd use a pitcher to rinse it and when it was clean they'd hang it over the
backs of two chairs to dry. When dry they'd wind it into a huge bun on the back
