Will of Wilson Gorrell

I, Wilson Gorrell, a resident of Prairie Township, Holmes County, Ohio do make and establish this my last will and testament. Item 1� I direct that all of my just debts be paid. Item 2� I give and devise to my wife Elizabeth Gorrell, all of my estate both real and personal, so long as she may live and at the death of my wife Elizabeth Gorrell I direct that my estate be equally divided between my three children Nettie Gorrell, Fredrick Gorrell and Enos Gorrell, and in case there should be any trouble or dissatisfaction in the division of my real estate which is now owned in common by my brother Alexander Gorrell and myself or should my wife at any time desire it then and in that case I direct that my executor sell my real estate and invest the proceeds of the same and that my wife Elizabeth Gorrell shall have the income arising from the same so long as she may live. Item 3�I do hereby nominate and appoint Enos Moreland Executor of this my last will and testament I desire that no appraisement an sale of my personal property be made and that the court of probate direct the omission of the same in persuance of the statue. I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made. In testimony hereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal this 30th day of March in the year 1889.
