[Abstractor's Note: this copy provided by Jenny Londrico.]

[ Note 1. The cause of death of "appoplexy" appears to be a misspelling of "apoplexy" which Stedman's Electronic Medical Dictionary defines as: A classical but obsolete term for a cerebral stroke, most often due to intracerebral hemorrhage. Origin [G. apoplTxia]

Note 2. The contributing cause of death is somewhat illegible, however, it appears to be "Ch-myocarditis' which I interperet as "Chronic Myocarditis". Stedman's Electronic Medical Dictionary defines myocarditis as: mUcb-kar-dUctis Inflammation of the muscular walls of the heart. mUcb-kar-dUctis]."
