Littleberry WALKER

He signed the 8 Jan 1817 deed.

Lived in Glynn County, GA and entered in 1805 Georgia land lottery. Moved to Camden County, GA by 1807 and to Wayne County and lived in the portin now Brantly County, GA in 1820's. By 1830 lived in Ware County, GA near present High Bluff Baptist Church.

Soon after his wife Elizabeth's death in 1835, Littleberry along with sons, Elias, Ansel, David, Andrew and Westberry moved to Columbia County, FL.

Littleberry tried for Revolutionary pension in 1850. Says served one year as private in Capt. William West's company of militia and that he was drafted into the service in Liberty County, GA. Pension rejected.

Isham WALKER Sr. (RS)

Isham Walker, a Revolutionary soldier,stated by Huxford, Vol.5, pg.488, was born in the Old Barnwell District, in what is now Colleton Co, S.C.. He married Mary (Ann ? possibly Carter) maiden name unknown. They came to Georgia during the Revolution and lived a few years in Liberty County , then moved to Glynn County in the 1790's. In 1805 he is shown living in Glynn County and was a registrant in the Georgia Land Lottery. Isham is shown on the 1809 Tax Digest of Camden County along with his son, Isham,Jr. He is listed as agent for Andrew N., Isham, and Isabella Johnston, minors, the chi;ldren of his daughter, Mary and her husband, John Johnston, who died in 1807. He died before his wife, Mary, who died testate in Wayne County in 1818.
