Know all men by these presents that I, James Warren, Junr, of Standish County of Cumberland, yeoman, in consideration of a Deed given me this day by my father, James Warren of a certain tract or parcel of land lying in Standish, in said County and adjoining the Town of Baldwin, and between said Baldwin and the upper Range of Lots in Standish of being lots number thirty five; thirty six; fifty five; fifty six; seventy five; seventy six; one hundred and three and one hundred and four, excepting one hundred acres deeded by James Warren to Charles F. Warren running from Saco River to Sebago Pond also of certain household furniture; and farming utensils to wit; all of the furniture now in my father's house also one yoke of oxen and two cows and and all farming utensils now made use of on said farm-do hereby agree to support and maintain my said Father James Warren and wife Sarah Warren during the whole terms of their natural lives with edible food according to their health and age-comfortable house room, beds, bedding, and furniture also wearing apparel; also suitable fires and in case of sicknefs; with a physician and proper nursing; and to pay all said expenses and at their Decease, to cause them to be decently buried-and to do and perform all services for them, which may be reasonable for them to require-and also pay all debts-due from James Warren to any and all persons-In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourth day of November AD 1841.Signed and sealed in
