Ten years later, in 1870, they were orphans, and appear in the census of Horry County, living at Socastee..... William, at age 13, with his uncle, Robert M. Robinson (Roberson) and aunt, Elizabeth (McDowell) Robinson; Mary, aged 16, was living next door, with Elizabeth Robinson's sister, Sarah (McDowell) Dubose, and her husband, C.W. Dubose. In 1880, William was back in Georgetown County, married, and shown with one child, a daughter, Orilla......... son Willie C. born 1874, is not shown. 1900 found the couple in Brunswick, GA, with Willie C. and his wife. In 1910 and 1920, William is found in Wayne County, GA, but is not shown in 1930, although he was living in the K-ville area of Wayne.
