Matthew Merriam. Aaron Warren died on 25 March 1821.

He was a soldier in the Revolution. Aaron Warren was a yeoman and physician at Shapleigh, York Co, Maine. He enlisted in the Revolution in 1778 at Massachusetts as a private in Capt. Silas Burbank's company, Col. Samuel Brewer's Massachusetts regiment, serving for Massachusetts.

Aaron Warren, of Shapleigh, farmer, age 60 petitioned York County Courthouse, Augusta, Kennebec Co, Maine 19 July 1820 for a supplementary military pension for service in the Revolutionary War as a private in the company commanded by Captain Silas Burbank, in the regiment commanded by Colonel Samuel Brewer, in the line of the State of Massachusetts. In his family were Kezia Warren, wife, age 60, Eunice Russel, daughter, 26, her husband killed in the late War, and her two children Rosamond, 7, and Benjamin, 5.

He declared among other things to own about 60 acres of land in Shapleigh, a small hut thereon, and no barn or other building, four small steers and a cow.

His will dated 5 March 1821, proved 14 Apr 1821, mentions his wife Keziah, son William, daughters Eunice (Russell), Nancy (Russell), Ada (Rogers) and Sarah (Wentworth) and grandsons James Warren and Benjamin Russell, both under 21

William Huntress was baptized at First Church, Berwick, York Co, Maine, on 5 October 1766.2 He married at Second Church, Berwick, York Co, Maine, on 2 October 1788, at age 22, Elizabeth Rhoda Warren, (both) of Berwick and sister of his sister Keziah's husband Aaron, and sister of his brother Darling's wife Mary, and sister of his cousin George's wife Jane, ceremony performed by Rev. Matthew Merriam. William Huntress died on 13 August 1844 at age 77.
