AFFIDAVIT

ABE FRISBY

COUNTY OF TRINITY

Before me, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared Abe Frisby, who after being by me duly sworn on oath deposes and says that he was well acquainted with Mrs. A.B. Smith, dec'd, who purchased 160 acres of land from J.C. Conley on May 10, 1888. That she married A.B. Smith who was killed in a railroad accident about 1882, that there were no children resulting from their marriage, and that this place was purchased with part of the insurance money the said A.B. Smith carried on his life. That she was a widow May 10, 1888 and was a widow March 28^th, 1901.
