Before me, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared A. Harrington, who after being by me duly sworn on oath deposes and says that Albert Harrington to whom Mrs. A.B. Smith conveyed 160 acres of the J.C. Conley survey in Trinity County, Texas, on March 28^th, 1901, is one and the same person as A. Harrington who conveyed this same land to John Gibson May 9^th, 1902 and that said affiant is the person mentioned in the two transactions as A. Harrington and Albert Harrington.
