BEFORE me, the undersigned authority, a Notary Public in and for Trinity County, Texas, on this day personally appeared J.B. Gibson, to me well known, and who, after being by me duly and legally sworn deposes and says:
THAT he positively knows that the M.Johnston pre-emption survey of 160-acres and the Matthew Johnston 160-acre pre-emption survey in Trinity County, are one and the same survey and that there is no other M. Johnston or Matthew Johnston original survey situated in said Trinity County,
