RELEASE OF VENDOR'S LIEN

THE STATE OF TEXAS

Trinity County

This indenture mad between Albert Harrington and S.G. Thornton both of Trinity County, Texas witnesseth that said S. Thornton has fully paid and caused to be paid a certain Vendor's Lien note for one Hundred Dollars of date Dec. 10, 1897 and due October 1st, 1899 and retaining the Vendor's Lien on 32 acres of land more or less a part of the John Andrews 1/3 league in Trinity County, Texas, said note payable to Stephen Hinson on order and now the property of said Harrington that the said Harrington doth by these presents remise, release and forever quit claim unto the said Thornton, all and all manner of actions in and under said Vendor's Lien, the same being fully paid.
