Affidavit of B.F. Ogden as to the death and intestacy of and descent from John W. Moore and his first wife, Rosellar Moore, relating to the John W. Moore 320 acre survey in Trinity Co.

Rosellar Moore, wife of J.W. Moore died intestate in Trinity Co, Texas in 1878. After death of Rosellar Moore, J.W. Moore married Nancy Stewart. J.W. Moore died 1890, intestate in Trinity Co, Texas. There were no children by his marriage to Nancy Stewart. Children by 1^st marriage as follows:

1^st-Absolena Moore, who married Dick Smith and who died in ______ Co, Texas, long prior to the death of John W. Moore;

2^nd-James Moore, who died in Collin Co, Texas and who left several children as his heirs;

3^rd-Lucy Ann, who married a man by the name of John Dunnam and who died at Rockdale in Milam Co, Texas leaving several children as heirs;

4^th-Sarah Frazier, who married John Frazier and who died at Waldron, Arkansas, leaving several children as heirs;

5^th-Elizabeth, who married John Pate and who died at Elexander, La, leaving several children at her heirs;

6^th-Martha, who married B.F. Ogden, affaint, and who died on the 6^th of Feb. 1881, leaving affiant and the following children as her sole surviving heirs, viz.

V.E. Ogden, a girl who married F.M. Mathies, lives at Howe, Okla.

I.T. Ogden, a girl who married J.T. Kinsey, lives at Hisaw, Okla.

L.C. Ogden, a girl, who married A.R. Mangrum, lives at Tuskhoma, Okla.

And C.C. (Columbus) Ogden, a boy who lives at Citra, Okla.

7^th-Catherine Moore, who married B.F. Ogden, affieant and who died 2 Feb 1899, leaving following heirs;

Celona, a girl, who married S.O. Gentry and lives at Raydon, Okla.

Mattie, a girl, who married L.L. Bailey and lives at Ashland, Okla.

Stanley Ogden, a boy, who lives at Raydon, Okla.

Malinda, a girl, who married J.C. McCormick and lives at Howe, Okla.
