Penny for a divorce from his wife Catharine Penny was
yesterday granted....The case was undefended, neither
Mr. Penny or the correspondent W. H. Bainbridge being
represented ....plaintiff evidence was to the effect
that he was married at Lincoln, Eng, in 1888 and he
and his wife lived together until Jan, 1898. At that
time he was supt. of a mine at Alberni of which
Bainbridge was the managing director.
