KEVIN MURRAY DOUGLAS

The funeral service for Kevin Murray Douglas, age 49 years was held on Tuesday, May 29, 2001 at Forest United Church with Chaplain Angela MacDonald officiating. Eric Brown played the bagpipes prior to the service. Soloist Cliff Erickson sang 'Be Not Afraid', 'How Great Thou Art' and 'On Eagles Wings'. Eulogies were given by Nancy McCormick, Scott Houghton and D'Arcy Douglas. Honorary pallbearers were: Terry Mills, Bruce Smith and Brian Jackson. Kevin died on Friday, May 25, 2001. He forever remains the dear brother of Karen (Delmar) Thompson and Keith (Liz) Douglas and the caring uncle of Heather, Jeff and Jason Thompson. He was predeceased by his parents Beattie (1994) and Ruby (2000).

MRS. JOHN A. MINELY
On Christmas Day at St. Joseph's Hospital, London, Mrs. John A. Miniely of Lot 23 Con 1 Warwick Twp., passed peacefully away at the age of 53 years, after an illness of about two months duration, which she bore with Christian fortitude. Mrs. Minely was born in Adelaide Township, being the second daughter of the late William Brock. She was married in 1901 and for about ten years resided on Lot 1 Con 1 of the same Township. Fifteen years ago the family moved to Warwick and have since resided there. She was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church and an esteemed member of the W.M.S. of that Church. Besides her sorrowing husband, she is survived by one daughter, Miss Elsie E' and three sons, Arthur N. William D. and Gordon C. all at home. She also leaves one sister, Mrs. L.H. Tuckey of Minneapolis, Minn., and one brother William A. Brock of Fort William, Ont. She had a large circle of friends who have learned of her death with deep regret. The funeral was held on Monday 28 December from her late residence. Interment at West Adelaide Presbyterian Cemetery. The service was conducted by her pastor, Rev. A.E. Hannahson of Arkona. The pallbearers were; John E. Aitken; George A. Baird; Robert E; McGillicuddy, Richard Adams, Hugh B. Clark and William Marshall.

FRANCIS RICHARD MINELLY

Francis Richard Minelly a lifelong risident of the Forest locality, died in the general hospital, Sarnia, aged 76, following an appendicitis operation. He was born in Plympton Township and In early manhood moved to Warwick Township, where he carried on genera1 1farming until early this year, when he retired and moved to Forest. He is survived by his wife, who was Miss Sarah Hayward,  and four sons; Bert, Ernest,  Earl and Elmer, all in WarwIck township; also two daughters,   Alma, nurse in the Sar nia hospital, and Amy at Petrolia. Four brothers also survive: William and Charles at Forest, Andrew and Charles in London; also two sisters, Mrs. John Miller in   London, and Mrs. Sarah Kingston at Watford. The funeral will he held from the home at Forest to Beechwood cemetery on Thursday afternoon.  A private service will be held  at the home and a public service in the Baptist church at 2 o'clock, to be conducted by Rev. A. A. Barnes, the pastor.

SARAH (Hayward) MINIELLY

In Sarnia on Friday 11 December 1959, Sarah Hayward, in her 83rd year. Widow of the late Richard Minielly, and dear mother of Bert of Warwick Township, Ernest of Forest, Earl of Blenhelm, Elmer of California; Mrs. Hugh (Alma) Ferguson, of Warwick Township and Mrs. Ray (Amy) Kernohan of Sarnia.   Resting at the residence of her son Ernest, Highway 21, Forest. Services will be held in the Forest Baptist Church on Monday 14 at 2 p.m. Interment in Beechwood Cemetery, Forest.

WILLIAM MINIELLY

The death occurred on Friday at the home of his son, Adelbert, on the 2nd con of Warwick of William Minielly, aged 75 years. Mr. Minielly was born in Plympton Township, just West of the Warwick Plympton Townline on the Highway and when a young man moved to Warwick where he farmed until 12 years ago. He moved to Forest where he resided until a year ago when he went to live with his son. Mr. Minielly was married twice, his first wife being Ella Falloon, who died a number of years ago. To the union was born two daughters, Mrs. M. Maw and Mrs. L. Cates, also three sons, Adelbert and Warner of Warwick and Morris of Detroit. Several years after the death of his first wife, Mr. Minielly married Isabell McLeish, who predeceased him a year ago last September. In addition to the five members of his family, Mr. Minielly is survived by one sister, Mrs. S. Miller of London and three brothers, Simpson of Wyoming, John of London Road and Charles Minielly at Forest. One sister Mrs. Kingston and two brothers George and Richard predeceased him. The funeral will be held from the home of his son on Monday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock with interment at Beechwood Cemetery.

Dear mother of Morris of Keswick, Ed of Pefferlaw, Bob of Popular Hill, Jim of Brussels, Eleanor (Mrs. Ken Cable) of Forest,  Joyce (Mrs. Don Routley) of Strathroy, Norman of Forest and Gladys Dickins of London. Also survived by brother Roy Mathers of Corunna and sister Jean Renick of Tilbury Dear grandmother of many grandchildren and 9   great grandchildren. Predeceased  by an infant son Clayton (1939) and Gordon (1995), brothers Wilbert, George,  William and sister Sadie Swan.  Resting at the Ronn E. ANDREW SIMPSON MINIELLY

The death of Andrew Simpson Minielly, aged 69 years took place at the family residence Wyoming on Monday 6 December 1837 following a long illness. A prominent resident of the district. Born in Plympton Township the deceased had been a life long resident of the Township where he operated a farm on the London Road, moving to Wyoming after retirement about 8 years ago. Surviving are his wife, formerly Ruth Moore, four sons; Gordon of Portage La Prairie, Man., Victor of Plympton, Dr. Herbert of Thorndale, Harold of Beamsville and one daughter Mrs. William Canton of Wyoming; one sister Mrs. Susan Millar of London and two brothers, Charles and John of Warwick. The funeral was held this Thursday afternoon with Rev. A.W. Richardson, rector of St. John's Church officiating.

ADA JANE (Minielly) BLAIN

One of Warwick Township's well known residents, Mrs. Meredith Blain passed away on Sunday 13 June 1948 in the Petrolia Hospital after a few months illness in her 49th year. Formerly Ada Jane Minielly daughter of Mrs. John Minielly and the late John Minielly. She has resided all her life in the district and attended Watford High School and later a business course in London. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Warwick Women's Institute and also secretary of a farm forum group. She is survived by her husband, one son, Jack, three daughters, Phyllis, Shirley and Evelyn all at home; her mother Mrs. John Minielly of Detroit; two sisters, Mrs. Borden Sutton of Montreal and Miss Elsie Minielly of Detroit. The body will be taken to the Harper Funeral Home for service at 2.30 p.m. today. The Rev. Mr. Milton of Wyoming Baptist Church will officiate. Interment will be in Watford cemetery.

Mrs. Emma McKay Minielly, 63 died at her home in Forest, Friday. She suffered a heart attack. Mrs. Minielly was born in Warwick Township and moved to Forest with her husband 26 years ago. Mrs. Charles Minielly died eight years ago. She had been secretary for Forest Chapter No.116 Order of the Eastern Star. The funeral was held from the United Church on Monday at 2.20 p.m. conducted by Rev. A.D. Boa, with burial in Beechwood Cemetery. Mrs. Minielly is survived by a daughter Mrs. Russell Lansing of London, and a son, Raymond of Hamilton; two sisters Mrs. A. Thompson of Wyoming, Mrs. Neil Fair of Watford and three brothers. BARBARA ANN (Hayward) MINIELLY

Mrs. Barbara Ann Minielly, 79, RR2, Wyoming died Friday 24 April 1959 in the Parker Nursing Home, Watford, after a long illness. She was a daughter of Robert Hayward and Margaret Smith and was born on the 2nd line Plympton Township. Mrs, Minielly was married twice, her first husband Francis George Minielly predeceased her 51 years ago. Surviving are two sons; Arthur of Plympton and Frank of Windsor. From her marriage to William C. Minielly who died in 1923 are a daughter and a son. Mrs. Lawrence Mason (Marjorie) of Grandbend and Orval of Windson. She is also survived by a sister, Mrs. Joseph Rooney of Sarnia; three brothers, William Hayward of B.C., John Hayward of Manitoba and Edwin Hayward of Petrolia and nine grandchildren. Funeral service at the McKay and White funeral home Monday at 2.30 was conducted by Rev. H.A. Edwards, minister of Calvary Baptist Church of which she was a member. Interment was in Wyoming Cemetery. The pallbearers were Fred Tanner, Stenley Hayward, Clayton, Ross, Clarence and Glenn Minielly.

Robert William Minielly, 78 of RR 2 Wyoming, retired farmer and lifelong resident of Kerth community died Thursday at his home after a long illness. Born on London Road he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Minielly. He married Mary Jane Dewar who survives him along with three daughters, Mrs. Del Coulter (Thelma) of Plympton Twp., Mrs. William McKellar (Aileen) of Sarnia and Mrs. George White (Bess) of Wyoming; three sons, Neil, Leslie and Lloyd all of Camlachie; a sister Mrs. Jennie Fleming of RR2 Wyoming and 11 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Teacher Killed in Car Accident

A two car collision Tuesday on the 8th concession at the 17th Sideroad in Bosanquet Township, has claimed the life of a 27 year old Forest Woman. OPP in Forest reported today Norma Minielly of 32 Prince St., was pronounced dead on arrival at Strathroy Hospital. Police said Mrs. Minielly was west bound on the 17 Sideroad when she collided with a vehicle which was northbound on the 8 Concession driven by Janet Blenkhorn, 28, of RR1, Thedford. Mrs. Blenkhorn and a passenger, Debra Huxley, also of RR1 Thedford, suffered minor injuries and remain in satisfactory condition at Strathroy Hospital. A second passenger, Helen Wright, also of RR1 Thedford was treated and released. Police said the collision occurred at an intersection controlled by yield signs on the 17 Sideroad. There was no estimate of damage available. Mrs. Minielly was travelling home from Bosanquet Central School near Thedford, where she taught Grades 1 and 2. School principal Dougald McIntyre said students are quire "broken up and sullen today" after learning of the accident. He said Miss Ruth Craig, who had replaced Mrs. Minielly last year while Mrs. Minielly was on maternity leave, will again teach until June. Mrs. Minielly is the wife of Robert Minielly and has a one year old daughter Sheina.

Albert Canton Minielly aged 85 years of RR1 Wyoming passed away at his residence on Wednesday 14 January 1970. He was a well known retired farmer. Survived by his wife, the former Mary Elizabeth Blain. Dear father of Mrs. Reginald Catt (Rena),   of Warwick, Mrs. Leslie McIntyre (Alice) of Forest, Mrs. John Allan (Doris) of Camlachie, J. Clayton and Ross F both of Wyoming and Clarence A. of Petrolia. Thirty grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive. J. Clayton Minielly a resident of RR2 Wyoming, died Wednesday 1 May 1990 at C.E.E. Hospital Petrolia at the age of 69 years/ Son of the late Albert and Mary (Blain) Minielly. He was a lifelong resident of Wyoming and a member of Wyoming United Church. Beloved husband of Ella (McKay) Minielly. Dear sister of Douglas Mathany of Wallaceburg, Willis (Bud) Mathany of Bright's Grove. Predeceased by her parents Edward Mathany and Annie Belle Bowers, her sister Betty Burr (Sept 1998) and brothers Roy and Lem. "Special Auntie Jean" to neices and nephews and dear friend to many. Predeceased by an infant daughter Mildred (1930) also by brothers and sisters Lloyd, John, Edward, Pearl and Olive. Leslie McEwen died Friday 14 June 1955 in Sarnia General Hospital, age 55 years. Resided RR2 Wyoming. Beloved husband of Doris Minielly. The death occurred on Wednesday 6 July 1927  of Robert C. Williamson, aged 75 years,  after poor health for some time and serious illness for over two months, at his home on John Street. The deceased was born on the fourth line of Warwick. Over 50 years ago he was married to Miss Sarah Healey of Warwick, who survives him. He is also survived by three sons and two daughters; V.R. and Harvey of London, Ralph of Brandon, Man; Mrs. John Kernohan of Durand, Mich., and Mrs. E. Baker of Winnipeg. Mr. Williamson spent a large portion of his life at railroad work, living in Windson, London, Winnipeg and other cities until about 4 years ago when he came back to Watford. He was a member of Lodge 209, A.F. & A.M., London. His funeral on Friday afternoon was conducted by Masonic Brethren of Watford. The Church service was conducted by Rev. E.H. Sawers and the pallbearers were J. Saunders, E.D. Swift, J.W. McLaren, Reginald Thorne, W.C. Aylesworth and S. Saunders. Interment in Watford Cemetery.

A lifelong resident of Warwick Township Mr. Peter Fleming died at the Parker Nursing Home in Watford early Tuesday morning in his 78th year. Mr. Fleming was born on the 2nd line of Warwick and lived his entire lifetime on the family homestead. In 1888 he was married to Eliza Williamson of Warwick who predeceased him in October 1934. Surviving are one son Alexander Fleming of Warwick and two daughters, Mrs. William   Bowie (HazeL)  and Mrs. Thomas Carter, (Clara) both of London; also one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Crapper of Minneapolis, Minn and 16 grandchildren. The funeral wervice was held from the home of his son Alex Fleming, Lot 18, Con 3 S.E.R. Warwick on Thursday at 2.30 p.m. Rev. A.G. Scott, of Knox Presbyterian Church, Warwick and Rev. W.T. Eddy of Erie St. United Church, Watford, conducted the service and interment was in Watford Cemetery. Funeral services were held on Friday 12 October from the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Thomas Carter, second line of Warwick, of Mrs. Peter Fleming, who died in a London hospital on Tuesday 9 October 1934. Mrs. Fleming had undergone an operation on Monday and did not rally. She had been in poor health for some months, suffering with a heart ailment. Mrs. Fleming was formerly Eliza Williamson and was born in Warwick Township and had lived in the Watford district for practically her entire life. She is survived by her husband Peter Fleming of Watford, one son Alexander and two daughters, Mrs. Thomas Carter of the 2nd line South, Mrs. Hazel Bowie of London. Also by 2 sisters Mrs. Long of Sarnia and Miss Margaret Williamson of London; 2 brothers Richard and William Williamson both of Watford. Interment was at Watford Cemetery.

Miss Margaret Williamson, died 5 February 1958 in London. Last surviving daughter of the late John Williamson. She was born and raised at Brown's Creek, east of Watford 90 years ago. For many years she was a staff employee of Smallman-Ingram Store, now Simpsons of London and in recent years resided in the John Dearness Home. Neices and nephews in the Watford area are her survivers. The body rests at Harper Funeral Home, where service will be conducted on Saturday at 2 p.m. by Rev. E. B. The funeral of Dorothy Maxine little daughter of Basil and Lillie Williamson was held on Friday afternoon from the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jarriott, 2nd line, Warwick. The service was in charge of T. Wilkie of Grand Bend who spoke very impressively, taking for his text part of the 12th Chapter of Second Book of Samuel. The pallbearers were four little boys, her uncle Wilbert Jarriott and three little cousins, Walter Beattie, Jim and Ivan Morgan. Besides her parents she leaves one little sister Evelyn. Much sympathy is extended to the family in their sorrow. Mrs. Williamson's sister, Mrs. Clare Logan, having passed away 3 weeks ago and at the present time, Mr. Jarriot's mother lies criticelly ill at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Thorner in Sarnia.    Interment in Watford Cemetery.

Lorne Roy Williamson, died 21 June 1948, age 63 years,  a native son of the 4th line west of Watford and a mail courier service the same conecssion on RR5 out of Watford for the past 23 years, died of  a sudden heart attack shortly after Sunday midnight. In all the 30 odd years of rural mail delivery on seven routes out of Watford, his is the first death of a courier while under contract. Others have retired or sold their contracts. Lorne was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Williamson, 4th line pioneers and is survived by 2 brothers and 2 sisters all of Watford and district; Mrs. Alexander Westgate; Mrs. Fred Bryce; Freeman and Vaughn Williamson. The service was conducted at Harper Funeral Home on Tuesday afternoon by Rev. S.J. Sharkey of Watford Presbyterian Church and interment was in Watford Cemetery. Pallbearers were 6 nephews; Frank and Merton Bryce; Ralph Westgaet; Gerald, Carl and Allan Williamson.

JOHN WILLIAMSON

John Williamson, son of Richard and Sarah Williamson, died at his home south of Manitou Beach. Mr. Williamson was born near Wyoming on 28 March 1860. He went to Michigan when a young man. On the 17 March 1887, he married Miss Rose Baer of Medina Township Michigan. Besides his wife and daughter he leaves one brother, Richard of Watford. He was predeceased by one brother, Duncan and one sister Mrs. Ellen Canton.

BENJAMIN WILLIAMSON

Benjamin Williamson, a son of the late David Williamson and Mary Lamb, of Warwick, died at his home on the 10th line east of Petrolia on Friday of last week, after several month's illness. He was in his 75th year. Mr. Williamson was born in Warwick and for many years operated Watford's elextric light plant in the days before Hyrdo distribution and later was steam engineer at A. Dunlop's flour mill on Front St. He left Watford 23 years ago to take up farming on the 10th line in Enniskillen, where he has since resided. Married twice, Mr. Williamson's first wife was Fanny Hamilton, (1860-1892) of Warwick who died many years ago, leaving one son James D. Williamson, a teacher in Toronto Schools, and one daughter, Mrs. Leslie Morrison (Maud) of Brigden who survives. His second wife Formerly Catherine Lett of Warwick, also survives. There are also 5 brothers; Henry of Watford; Andrew in Dolan, South Dakota; James of Provost, Alberta; William of 4th line Warwick; Joseph of Edmunds, B.C. and one sister Mrs. John Bryce of Saskatoon, Sask. The funeral was held on Sunday afternoon, with service being held at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Morrison, near Brigden. Many friends and relatives of Watford district attended the service. Interment in Watford Cemetery. (The Watford Cemetery book show's his name, but no dates).

Freeman Kersey, formerly of Georgetown died Monday in Strathmere Lodge at Strathroy. He was the husband of the late Myrtle Williamson (1892-1919) and the late Ethel Cunningham. Cora Emma (Williamson) Westgate died 29 January 1959.  Funeral of Mrs. Alexander Westgate, 70, formerly of Watford was held from Denning Funeral Home today, to St. John's Anglican Church Strathroy. Burial was in St. James Cemetery Brooke Township. Mrs. Westgate died at Strathroy Hospital, Thursday after a lengthy illness. She was the former Cora Emma Williamson, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Williamson of Warwick Township. Mrs. Westgate lived her entire life in Warwick Township with the exception of the last few years when she lived in Strathroy. She was a member of Grace Anglican Church, near Kerwood and took an interest in all of the church organizations. Her husband Alexander Westgate who predeceased her some years ago, was the first road superintendent on the Warwick Township section of Highway 22. Contracting since 1970 and was an avid hunter, enjoyed camping with his grandchildren and had a great appreciation for the outdoors. David Bonney officiated. During the service, Mrs. Marie McNally sang two solos, 'Where The Roses Never Fade' and 'In The Bulb There is a Flower.' Two hymns were sung by the congregation, 'We Have an Anchor' and 'In The Garden.' Interment was in Hillsdale Cemetery, Petrolia. The funeral for Arthur John 'Ross' Douglas, age 83, of Sarnia, formerly of Enniskillen Township, has taken place on Friday, June 15, 2001, from the Memorial Chapel at Steadman Brothers Funeral Chapels, Brigden, with Mr. Gerald Kerr of Dunlop United Church, Sarnia, officiating. Burial was in the family plot at Hillsdale Cemetery, Petrolia. The pallbearers were Steve Levack, Scott Henderson, Mark Seibutis, Charles Douglas, Dawson Schreader and Don Watson. Mr. Douglas, who passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2001, at Sarnia General Hospital, was the son of the late William John (1966) and Leila Pearl (Metcalfe) (1973) Douglas. Ross spent most of his working career at Park Lane Motors. When he retired, he continued farming his family�s homestead on the 6th line of Enniskillen. Auction sales and old time fiddling were some of his favourite pastimes, as was visiting with old friends and neighbours in the Petrolia area. Ross and his family spent many summers and winter weekends at the cottage at Cameron Lake, in the Bruce Peninsula. He loved to take the kinds ski-dooing and water skiing on the lake. Ross and Marguerite were long time members of Dunlop United Church. Ross still enjoyed the fellowship of the many church friends, especially the Tuesday luncheons with the 'boys'. Ross is survived by his wife Anna Marguerite (Henderson) Douglas of 52 years; daughters Rose Anne Levack (Jim Canie) of Point Edward, Nancy Jean McCabe (Rick) of Grand Prairie, Alberta; son Robert Ross Douglas (Wendy) of London; grandchildren: Heather Martin (Stuart), Steven and Kelly Levack, Jaimeson and Kaeden Canie, Erin, Kaitlin and Keely McCabe, Laura, Sarah and John Douglas; great grandchild, Evan Martin; brother Bruce of Wyoming and Carl of Calgary, Alberta; sisters-in-law, Marion Douglas and Sheila Henderson; many nieces and nephews. At Saugeen Memorial Hospital, on Tuesday, May 10th., 1994 in her 81st. year, the former Doris Laidler of Port Elgin and formerly of Sarnia, wife of the late  Charles Cranston of Sarnia. Mother of Joy and her husband Clair Fowler of Port Elgin, Charlene (Penny) and her husband Clare McNichol of Thamesville and Robert Cranston and his wife Pat of Sarnia. She is also survived by five grandchildren and one great grand-daughter. Sister of Tom Laidler, Jean Hollins, Harry Laidler, Ruth Kirby, Eunice Therriault and Evelyn vanHoogenhuize all of Sarnia. Friends may call at the Stewart Funeral Home 254 George St., Sarnia, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Friday. C. Watson Cranston,  died at his residence, 141 Brock North on Monday 5 July 1965, age 80 years, widower of Rae Coulter.  A Sarnia resident since 1920 and formerly of Moore Township. Mr. Cranston was a pensioner of the CNR, a member of Paterson Memorial Church and the B. of R.C. Surviving are two sons, Clarence and Charles, both of Sarnia; two daughters, Mrs. Roy Hare (Olive) and Mrs. Carl Chesher (Donna) both of Sarnia; 14 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held from the D.J. Robb Funeral Home Thursday at 2 p.m. with burial in Hillsdale Cemetery, Petrolia.

At the Sarnia General Hospital on Tuesday, October 11, 1994, Donna Rae (Cranston) Chesher,  age 77 years, of Sarnia. Beloved wife of Carl Chesher. Dear sister of Olive Hare (Roy) and Clarence Cranston.   Predeceased by her   parents Watson and Rachel Cranston, a brother Charles Cranston and sisters-in- law Doris and Elsie Cranston. She was a Charter member of Paterson Memorial Presbyterian Church and choir and a Life-Time member of Delta Chi Sigma Sorority, Nu Chapter. Resting at the  D.J. Robb Funeral Home  where the funeral service will he held on Saturday, October 15th. at 1:00 p.m. Interment in Hillsdale Cemetery, Petrolia. Mark Allan Cain, in his 26th year, was suddenly taken from us through a tragic accident in Calgary, Alberta on August 12th 1994. Beloved son of Henny and Rob Drope and Bernard Cain. Loving brother of Jeff and Mary Jo Cain, Sharla and Clint Stroop, Garry Drope, Darlene Drope and Denise and Gary Heaslip. Survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. LLOYD STANLEY COOK

Lloyd Stanley Cook, formerly of Warwick Village, passed away in Lambton Meadowview Villa, Petrolia on Tuesday, June 13, 1995, in his 99th year. Lloyd was the oldest living member of Havelock Lodge #238, Watford, a member for 74 years, and an Honourary Life Member since 1972. He was a long time ball player, and Warwick Ball Park sits on land donated by Lloyd and Anna Cook. He was the first Fire Chief of the Warwick Township Volunteer Fire Department and the oldest member of the Stormy Lake Hunt Club. He was the beloved husband of the late Anna Ellen (Auld) Cook, and loving father of Jean and Don Hollingsworth of  Warwick Village, and L.S. and Sheila Cook of Petrolia. Dear grandfather of five grandchildren, Jim Cook, Bill Cook and Don Cook, Rick Hollingsworth, and Jane vonderRecke, and nine great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Lee Cook of London. Predeceased by one brother Walter Cook. Resting at the Harper Funeral Home, Watford, where funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 15th at 2 p.m. with Rev. Elwyn Townsend, chaplain of Meadowview Villa officiating. Interment in Bethel Cemetery Warwick Township. Audrey Margaret (Rhodes) Cook, lifelong resident of Watford, passed away in the Vision Nursing Home, Sarnia on Saturday, October 17th, 1998, in her 97th year. She was the beloved wife of the late Burton Franklin Cook (1979), and dear mother of Burton Cook and his wife Jean of Sarnia, and Margaret Birmingham and her husband Leslie of Toronto. Dear grand- mother of Douglas Cook and his wife Tracy of Kitchener, Robert Cook of Sarnia, Lesley-Jane (Birmingham) Bruce and her husband Bradley of Acton, Dr. Bradley and Blair Birmingham of Toronto, Beth Birming- ham of Gainsville, Florida, and Trevor Birmingham of London. Great-grand mother of Tyler, Benjamin and Riley Bruce, and Sydney and Carson Cook. Predeceased by her parents, Rev. Arthur H. and Eva Lorena (Watson) Rhodes of Point Edward; sisters, Frances of Watford, and Verna Carson: brother, Maurice Rhodes of Detroit; and grandson David Cook of Samia. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st at 2:00 p.m. from the Harper Funeral Home, Watford With Rev. Peter Leonard officiating. Interment in Watford Cemetery.
