Welcome to the Guebert Family Genealogy
My name is Suzanne Guebert Fred and I had a desire
to put what Family genealogy that I have on the Internet to share with the
present as well as the future Gueberts. I believe it is important to know the background and history of ones family.
To give you a beginning I will tell you the
Guebert’s came over to this country around the
1850-1854 time period from Schierneichen, Germany and settled in the area of Red
Bud, Illinois. Their beginnings were very humble as they had so little when
they first came to this new country to settle. They were very industrious
though and had great faith in God. They worked very hard and were soon landowners. Wait! I don’t want to tell you
