   General Notes:

"The estates of William Trotter, formerly of England, and of Dr. Thomas Trotter, formerly of Scotland, were left about 1824, or beween 1820 and 1830, by Dr. Thomas Trotter of the East India Company and William Trotter of the London, a descendant of the Earle of Gowery, Scotland, and belongs to the heirs of James Trotter who emigrated from Scotland to the U. S. of America."
