Also my daughter Julyan to have one cow and one ? dead and furniture and saddle and bridle and one horse beast and balance of my property to be applyed to the payment of my debts and the balance if any to be equaly divided amongst all of my lawful heirs given under my hand ..." witnesses William and Alexander Montgomery.

Oct 9, 1855: [Research Note] Elisha Jennings on 20 May 1853 due one day after date for $29.07 principle and $ 4.10 interest; One account on estate of Isaia Medlock, dated Oct 5, 1847 to one for $25.; One due bill on Benson Bauze for one dollar and eight five cents written any date; One account on Wm H Harrison for one dollar sixty two and a half cents dated 1845; One order on A S Harbin to David Standee to be paid in cattle or wheat for $7.59 cts dated 10th day of Oct 1850. One do on Mr. Steward for the same amount and same date; one note executed to A S Harbin for 35 dollars in young cattle to be valued against a second note cow and calf at ten dollars bearing date 11th of July 1848 and due twelve months after date and signed by W L H Frazier, Laben Steward, G. T. Handock, Thomas White and W R Sooter credited with 14 dollars and fifty nine cents. Forty dollars in Missouri Bank Notes.

In Barry County, MO, William Collins was on 80 acres on the S 1/2 of SW of Section 10, 25N, 28W in 1852 and in 1850 he was on NESW of Section 10 of 25N, 28W in 1850. These tracts would begin 1/2 mile west of the road between section 11 and section 10. They are down in the Hudson bottom.

Ref: Page 203, Barry County Pioneers, by Donna Cooper] Sarah Collins Haddock living next door to William and Juliet Collins. William Collins died about 1855, Juliet was named administrator, and had a sale which lists a number of pages, then she remarried to Standifer Ferguson and he took over as administrator to settle the estate. Standifer died and Juliet became the administrator of his estate.

George and Elizabeth were possibly children from a former marriage. They are listed as Collins children in 1850 in Barry Co., MO.

In Barry Co., MO, Capps Creek Twp., 1880 Julia Collins, widower, was listed in house # 151 as age 67, born in NC and both parents born in NC, with her was living, John son age 28 born in MO, and Joseph a son born in MO, age 22. [Research Note: Although Julia married Stanfier Fergerson after the death of William Collins, she listed herself as a Collins in 1880.]

11/22/1883, Julia Furginson, [sic] female, white, age at death was 72yr 7mth 18 days, 10-23-1883, date of death, 2:00 AM, She was married. She was an American, born in N.C., 40 years lived in Barry Co., MO; died of Consumptive,12 years ill; died at Corsicana, MO. died 10/24/1883, D. S. Davis, Corsicana undertaker; R. B. Archibald,. Purdy" was the Name & Address of Physician. [Ref: Missouri State Archives, Microfilm C 546]

Thomas & Rosanna (Dobbs) Collins, Sr. He was born in Yorkshire, England & died in Spartanburg, SC 

Edmond Graham. His dt Sarah md William Franklin Easley &was the ancestor of the Easley families. And my connection is through his son Green who was the ancestor of the Collins family.

William & Sarah  (Wright) Collins, Sr. He was born in York Co., PA, & died in Lafayette Co., MO. He was a Rev. War Soldier.

Green & Sarah (Cline) Graham, they may have died in Allen Co., KY. Their dt was the first wife of William Collins.

William & Elizabeth (Graham) Collins, Jr.. He died in Barry Co., MO, and probably is buried at Corsicana, in Barry Co., MO. Her death place is unknown. William's second wife is buried at Corsicana. Charles & Sarah (Collins) Haddock, Jr., Bushwhackers murdered him. They are buried at New Site Cemetery in Barry Co., MO. Noah & Harriett (Crumley) Haddock died in Barry Co., MO, buried at Chitwood Cemetery in Barry Co., MO. He was a Confederate soldier of the Civil War.
