DONATIONS AND FUNDING
HCCPS is funded by donations. The cost of epoxy kits are $59.95 and depending upon condition of headstone can repair 1 to 3 stones. Cost of cement for the headstone base costs $6 to $12 depending upon size of the headstone. We occasionally purchase additional items in support of headstone repair (i.e. limestone). Volunteers provide their own tools, cleaning supplies, and travel. If you would like to support our activities, checks can be made out to Hamilton County Cemetery Preservation Society and mailed to Linda Wild, Box 154, Randall, Iowa 50231. We are a not-for-profit organization.
- In 2014 we used 5 large headstone kits, purchased 1 piece of limestone for inset into a badly broken headstone (we couldn't find all the pieces) and poured 7 new bases for headstones.
