Benson, Minnesota Vintage Photos 1910-1940

My paternal grandparents, George B. & Mary E. Kenyon moved from their Hand County homestead in 1920 to Benson, Swift Co., Minnesota. My father, Ross Q. Bingham attended school in Benson from sixth grade until he graduated from Benson High School in 1926.

Through these old photos, I see these areas as he saw them so many years ago. With a bit of imagination, I think I can see him entering and exiting the school. That's pretty cool!
