Miller, South Dakota Electric Plant and Water Tower 1929 (Located on corner of West 2nd Street and West 1st Avenue) Electric plant was in operation until the 60's, then dismantled. Water tower is still in use. The building housed the Miller Fire Department until their new building was errected one block south. Today, the building houses the Miller City Water Department. |
