James CLANCY (1923-1958)

James CLANCY was born in 1923 in Pleasant Hills, NSW. His parents were Peter Joseph Clancy and Catheine Smithemberker.¹ He appeared on the electoral roll between 1943 and 1949 in Glenmore, Pleasant Hills, NSW as a farmer.² He married Helen Therese CLEAR in 1949 when he was 26 and she was 29 in Albury, NSW.³ He died aged 35 in 1958 in Dewhurst, Victoria.^1,4

Helen Therese CLEAR was the daughter of Stanley Edmond John CLEAR (1899-1957) and Ursula Olive SCANLON (1891-1956).
