James CLANCY was born in 1923 in Pleasant Hills, NSW. His parents were Peter Joseph Clancy and Catheine Smithemberker.1 He appeared on the electoral roll between 1943 and 1949 in Glenmore, Pleasant Hills, NSW as a farmer.2 He married Helen Therese CLEAR in 1949 when he was 26 and she was 29 in Albury, NSW.3 He died aged 35 in 1958 in Dewhurst, Victoria.1,4
Helen Therese CLEAR was the daughter of Stanley Edmond John CLEAR (1899-1957) and Ursula Olive SCANLON (1891-1956).
