NOTE: This obituary was within an article entitled: "Smash Victims' Rites
Set at Newport, Priest River"
News of that accident reportedly may have contributed to
the death later in the day of Ernest Clive Skinner, 13, Route 4, Newport, a
lifelong sufferer of epileptic seizures and stepbrother* of Mrs. Collins'
husband, Mike. According to Ernest's physician, word of the fatal traffic
accident upset the youth deeply, a condition which the doctor said may have led
to the fatal seizure which followed at the Skinner home. The boy was pronounced
dead on arrival at Newport Community Hospital.
