Albert C. Mehl was a Jeweler and Optician.  He was also agent for the Eastman Kodak Co. and carried camera supplies.  Special attention was given in the reference book below to the fact that Albert C. Mehl was the exclusive distributor of Oliver typewriters in the area.  He was a native of Monroe County and was raised near Clarington, Ohio.  He served his apprenticeship at Wheeling, WV and graduated from the Northern Optical College of Detroit, Michigan.  He did post graduate work in New York and Pittsburg, PA.  For a view of the Albert C.
