"The rupture of the
liver, parietal pleura and spleen was traumatic. The deceased was riding in an automobile
driven by one Willis Burns who left the road, tore a tree out by the roots and
threw this decezsed [sic] and her companion out
killing both. He is under charge of
involuntary manslaughter and his case will come before the grand jury this
month."
