Ricer - On the back of this tintype is an old inscription: Albert Riser 1874.  Frances H. Stoner who donated the picture noted that this is James Albert Ricer, brother of Mary Caroline (Mully) Ricer Hughes.  She stated his birth date was 1878 according to census records.  Photo taken about 1905.
