Richard Kinney Family

Richard Kinney (1838 – 1926) was a Corporal in the 25th OVI. Although he was only a corporal, he was known as "The Colonel". It is said that he was proud of his military service, so much so, he named one of his sons Colonel.  It is believed that the man with the beard and the hat near the center of the back row may be Richard Kinney.
