Samuel and Anna (Jarnagin) Carson. William was a Presbyterian Minister
ordained at maryville College in 1835 Athens, TN. Children:
1. Mary Ann b. 1841 TN d. 1911 m. David Pence 6 May 1876 Hamblen Co, TN
2. Martha L.b. 1844, d. 1886 Whitman Co, WA, m. John T. Naff 5 Sep 1865.
3. Hannah J. b. 1846, d. 1891 m. George B. McCrary 1 Dec 1868.
