TO FRANCES WALDRUP...can't add much but there is a James WOOD High School
in/near Winchester (either Clark or Frederick Co.). Probably named for your
Col. James WOOD. We lived in Winchester about 6 yrs. Try the Handley Library
in Winchester. They probably can tell you more about James WOOD at least.
