I am searching for Elias Harrison, born in VA or TENN, married Nancy KIZZEE,
widow of George KIZZEE and daughter of James L. HAIL/HALE. Nancy married
George in Franklin Co. VA on Dec 20, 1810. He served & died in the War of
1812. As far as I know there were no issue. Elias Harrison married Nancy in
Pulaski Co. KY on Aug 19, 1824. They had:
1. Martha b. 1825 TN d. 1912 Pulaski Co. KY
married Thomas Hail 1842 (my ggrandfather) Pulaski Co. Ky
2. Catherine b. 3 Oct 1829 KY or TN
married Silas M. Hail (Thomas' older brother) 15 Dec 1854 Pulaski Co. Ky.
3. Frank - only information I have is that he served in the Union army
during the Civil War.
As usual, the family tradition says that he was a cousin of William Henry
H., but then aren't all Harrisons cousins?
