John Harrison d. 1829 SC, Lincoln Co., TN, Eliz and Middleton



Searching for any info on the family of this John Harrison.  Especially
anyone who knows what happend to his dau Elizabeth - possibly my very own
Elizabeth - 
So how about it - anyone know anything about them?  Your help tremendously
appreciated.

1. John HARRISON - 1670. Died 1829 in Lincoln Co, TN. Occupation (Bedford
Formed From Rutherford & Indian Lands 1807). Residence SC, Lincoln Co, TN
(Formed From Bedford Co 1809). Sources77  45. 

Will, dtd Apr 29, 1829, names Middleton and Thomas to be divided after his
wife's death.  Mentions a note on Wm Moseley to be taken to him.  Ludy
Cauthern to be executor.  Wit:  Retter Brown, Robert Allsup, Morgan Halvert.  66

1799450 in SC. Died 3 Oct 1894450 in Itawamba Co., MS. Residence SC, Lincoln
Co TN, Madison Co AL, Itawamba, MS. Sources77,66,449,450,151. 

Middleton moved to Itawamba, MS (close to Tupelo).
Wife's name could be also spelled as Allsup, as  a Robert Allsup was a
witness to Middleton's father John's wil in Lincoln Co, TN.  

Volume XVIII, Territory of Alabama, 1817-1819, page 195

Petition to Congress by the inhabitants of the Territory that no
encroachments on the Albama Territory will receive any countenance from
Congress.  Among the signers Are:

Vincent Harrison, Robert Harrison, Middleton Harrison, and Mathew Hicks.

He married Nancy Elizabeth ALSOP - 1679, 28 Aug 1821 in Monroe, MS. Born
Circa 1805 in SC. Died Before 1862 in Itawamba Co., MS. Residence SC, Monroe
Co; Itawamba Co, MS. Sources77.
