Would you please add my Andrew Jackson HARRISON to the repository. I really
think space aliens dropped him here, as I can find no one who knows anything
about him.
This is all I know about him:
Andrew Jackson HARRISON, b. 1815 in KY (according to the 1850 Lafayette Co,
MS census. Family history stated MS). He died 8 Mar 1870 and is buried in
Nevada Co, AR. He married Mary E. BARGER, who was born 1824 in TN and died
11 Nov 1864 and is buried in Nevada Co, AR. They had 6 known children.
1. Martha E. (Mollie?) b. ca 1840, in MS; m. ? LIVINGSTON
2. Sarah A. (and/or Jane), b. ca 1842, in MS; m. William Morrison
CARUTHERS, 25 Jun 1866, in Hempstead, AR.
3. Mary, b. ca 1844, in MS.
4. Julia Benson, b. 7 Apr 1848, in MS; m. Counselor Campbell BILLINGSLEY,
25 Dec 1866, in Hope, Hempstead Co, AR; d. 18 Aug 1925 in Laneburg, Nevada
Co, AR.
5. Elvira Taylor, b. 11 Mar 1849, in MS; m. Orlando "Landy" BILLINGSLEY, 21
Jan 1868; d. 11 Dec 1884, in Nevada Co, AR.
6. William H., b. ca 1850 in MS.
His probate records list these heirs: Julia BILLINGSLEY, E. T. BILLINGSLEY,
S. J. CARUTHERS, W. H. HARRISON, and M. E. LIVINGSTON.
I have a list of the children of Sarah and William CARUTHERS and Elvira
Taylor and Orlando BILLINGSLEY if anyone is interested in these. I have
tons of descendents for Julia and C. C. BILLINGSLEY. I would love to share!
