Harrison of New York, Ohio, Missouri

I am searching for the ancestores of Maria Harrison, born 1805 New York.
She married Enoch Holland in 1830 in Cleremont County, Ohio.  This family
ended up in Harrison County,Missouri, where they are buried.  
Maria may have had siblings Catherine and Hannibal.  Her parents were Henry
and Jane Harrison.  This family may have come from Schenectady, New York.
Henry Harrison may have lived in Hamiliton County, Ohio.
Any help will be appreciated.
