Am still trying to track down the parents of Jane Harrison b 1825 m.
1843 in Shelby Co, IN to George Updegraff moved to Clark Co, IL mar
2) Rev Beals in IN died 1901 Clark Co, IL. I found on the death
certificate of one of her children this week that she was born in
Harrisburg, PA. Family tradition states that her father was a Dr. in
PA and died when she was young, her mother then moved the girls west
to IN.
One Updegraff history I found lists her parents as Carlisle Harrison
and Jane Dunn, though a source was not cited and I have not been able
to find any proof! Though she and her sister both named sons Carlisle.
ANY help or information on this family greatly appreciated!!
