A visit to your Harrison Repository triggered my e-mail to you. I found
several names that are of my lineage. Here is my Peyton descent:
1. Henry Peyton I - Katherine Clifton, London, Eng.
2. Henry Peyton II - Ellen Partington, London, Eng.
3. Henry Peyton III - Anne, Virginia (Anne was possibly a sister of
Colonel Thomas Harrison.)
4. Valentine Peyton - Frances Linton, Virginia (Their children
intermarried with Burr Harrison's descendants.)
5. Eleanor Peyton - William Powell. Jr., Virginia
6. Margaret Powell - William Bristow, Sr. Virginia
7. William Bristow, Jr. - Martha Beck, Virginia
8. Peyton Bristow - Annie Owens, Kentucky
9. Martha Bristow - Josaeph Burchett, Kentucky
10. Hiram Emerson Burchett - Mary Elizabeth Spencer, Missouri
11. Martha Ellen Burchett - Daniel Merritt Nickle, Missouri
12. Ira Calvin Nickle - Grace Brown, Missouri
13. Ira Calvin Nickle - Ursula Petzold, Germany
My relationship to the Harrisons are rather tenuous. I do believe that
Henry Peyton III's (3 above) wife's maiden name was Harrison. Proving it
something else.
