I'm looking for information on the origins of this family.
Jeremiah Harrison m. Rebecca Ramsey, 1796, Oglethorpe Co. GA. Later lived in
Jasper Co. GA and had the following children born about 1800 to 1820.

Albert Jeremiah, Jr. (m.Guynes)
James
Jemima (m. Sterling)
Rhoda (m. Davis)
Mary (m. Mixon)
William "Buck" (m. Seamon)
Miria (m. Sterling)
Almeda (m. Cliburn)
Rebecca (m. Castillo)
By 1820 this family lived in Copia or Lawrence Co. MS. Many of the children
moved to Polk Co. Texas in the 1850's.
The family story says that Jeremiah was from Virginia and I believe that he
may be the son of Jeremiah (b. 1707) who lived at Rockingham, Augusta Co. VA,
but I have no proof of that.
