-Cases in the High Court of Chancery #291:
1794 Carter Bassett HARRISON, and Mary Howell his wife, and Anne Armistead, Allen and Martha Bland ALLEN, infants by the said Carter Bassett, their next friend, v. William ALLEN.
William ALLEN, will Sept. 1789, died July 1793. Married twice. Issue by first wife, son John who died May 1793, will May 1783. John devised lands to his father. Issue by second wife: William, who has issue: Mary Howell, wife of Carter Bassett HARRISON; Anne Armistead; Allen; and Martha Bland Allen, the last two infants.
