Elaine:  According to a number of texts Henry Harison maried Elizabeth
Avery27 Sep 1758 in Sussex Co., Albemarle Parish, she was daughter of
Richard Avery.  They had the following children: 1) Elizabeth born 5 Jul
1759 in Surry Co, died 18 Nov 1824, she married first, Unknown, she
married second, Col. Lewis Birdwell, 13 Nov 1789, they lived at Stone
Land, Mecklinburg Co., Va.; 2)Peyton Harrison, burn Surry Co., Christened
19 Sep 1760, Albemarle Parish, he married unknown.; 3) Henry Harrison,
born in Surry Co., died ca 1814, christened 14 Mar 1762 in Albemarle
Parish, Surry co., Va.  He maried Polly Cocke and they had the following
Children:  Henry John (Last of Hunting Quarter married first Mrs. Bland
and second Mrs. Wood (Sisters), he died d.s.p. and Mary Rebecca who
married Dr. John M. Walker (she died at birth of son John Harrison Walker
who married Louisa Cargill - their child was Gen. Henry Harison Walker,
C.S.A.) and 4) Ann Carter Harrison born 17 Jan 1764, she maried Walter
cocke, 26 Nov 1788, their children are Martha Cocke who married William
Allen Harrison (her cousin) and Walter Travis Cocke who also married a
cousin.
