Hi Sherron and Harrison-in-laws:
Yes, I had my hands on "'Settlers by the Long Grey Trail" last week, but did
not get to copy from it as I had run out of change and time after copying
material from 40 other books. My wife's William Henry 'Henry' and William
Henry 'William' Harrisons are in there. You may be a cousin to her and son,
Stephen if your Harrisons are of the lines in that book.
If you are in there and are a cousin to Louise and Stephen, you are a cousin
to the Botts families and among the relations being sought for our one
million relation database. You should find a "few" cousins in that database,
and so should any of you other related Harrisons on the Harrison list.
Thanks,
Dave Botts
BTW: We have 525,000 relations located and 100,000 relations entered for all
the various Botts families under research. My wife's Harrisons married into
the Lincoln family, so FYI Abe's family contains cousins and ancestors of
many Harrisons.
>Just wondering if you've checked out the book "Settlers by the Long Grey
>Trail" by J. Houston Harrison ? It deals mostly with Rockingham Co., Va.
and
>the many Harrison's who settled there.
