Carol rescued this bible from a used book dealer as she can not stand for
the contents to be tossed away (neither can we!). She had really hoped to
find a descendant to send it to. This may be a relative of Mary Scott
HARRISON dau of Ben HARRISON (see why below). The closest I get to that is
Louisa Smith BONNER wife of Dr. Ben H (who is son of Pres. Wm Henry H) in
regard to Hartwell Bonner HARRISON. The HARRISONs in this bible appear to
be in NC while the Bonner-HARRISON connection is in Vincennes IN. VERY
CURIOUS indeed. I have suspicions that Louisa's father David BONNER is
from Dinwiddie Co. VA.
